Mr. Hogarth, why do you put hounds in all your work? Is there a
reason or are you just being quirky?
Mr. HOGARTH: Everybody loves puppies!! They please the senses, they make life more agreeable! They’re fun! Consider the whippet, how more perfect a line as they run and scamper!!! Mr. WALPOLE: So far we have eels, we have dogs, it’s all starting to sound rather veterinary! |
